The Personalized Pet Portraits listing uses numbered style variants and two frame formats: 32 × 32 cm and 32 × 42 cm. Treat the style number and dimensions as part of the artwork instruction.
Choose a source image with usable detail
Use the original file rather than a screenshot when possible. Check that the eyes, ears and outline are visible, and avoid a crop that removes the feature you want recognized. A photo taken in very low light or compressed through several messaging apps may limit the available detail. Ask whether a preview or correction round is included before assuming that edits are automatic.
Record the complete variant
“Style 5” is not enough if the catalog maps different numbered designs to different frame formats. Save the exact variant title and SKU shown at checkout. The current options include 32 × 32 cm square and 32 × 42 cm rectangular sizes; not every style is offered in both. Choose the orientation that suits the source photo and intended wall or shelf.
Clarify the production description
The supplier describes a single PS frame, oil-canvas core and spray-painted decorative process. That wording does not establish a hand-painted original. Ask how the uploaded photo is transformed, whether a digital proof is available and what changes are permitted. Confirm whether the frame shown for the selected option is included and whether the listed dimensions refer to the complete framed piece.
Approve before a fixed gift date
Send one named file, the exact style/size variant, any cropping request and the recipient deadline. Confirm supplier acceptance, production time and destination shipping separately. A large supplier inventory value is not proof that personalized artwork is already made or ready in San Diego.
A clean approval record protects the pet's likeness and makes a later reprint easier to identify.
