A club's first souvenir order rarely remains its last. New members join, names change and a later event may need only a small replenishment. The Team & Club Souvenir Key Tag is a made-to-order PLA item with a club or team name plus a short name or identifier. A repeat purchase works best when you can distinguish the existing design from the new information.
Retain a design reference
Keep the previous order number, approved wording, layout reference and selected color together. The listed nominal size is 50 × 30 × 3 mm, with one tag per purchase and no key ring included. If an earlier order used a custom layout, identify that layout specifically rather than assuming that the standard product will reproduce it automatically.
Ask whether the earlier design and color can be used again. Available materials and the current production plan need confirmation. A photograph of the old tag helps explain the request but should accompany the order reference, not replace it.
Send changes as a separate list
Mark entries as new, corrected or unchanged. Avoid resending an entire membership list without saying which recipients require another piece. A useful worksheet has one row per requested tag, its exact identifier, quantity and approved design version. Someone responsible for the club should check that worksheet before production.
Do not count a corrected name as an automatic replacement entitlement or assume a small reorder receives the same quote as a larger original batch. Explain the reason for the new order and request current pricing. Include only artwork the club is authorized to reproduce; a change of logo may require fresh design review.
Keep the distribution date realistic

For recurring club purchases, agree on a simple way to submit later additions without losing the design record. Confirm separate key rings, packing and delivery arrangements too. A repeat order should reuse verified information while checking everything that has changed. That makes the next batch easier to distribute and keeps a souvenir program from accumulating avoidable spelling and quantity mistakes.
