Ordering Personalized Plaques for Several Locations: Build the Delivery List First

A multi-location order can contain correct products and still be difficult to distribute. For PRINTPANDA's Custom Classroom Door Plaque, organize the destination plan before approving a batch. The listed indoor PLA plaque is nominally 180 × 80 × 3 mm and can display teacher, classroom or room wording. Mounting hardware and adhesive are not included. Each destination needs an agreed product list as well as a delivery arrangement.

Keep wording separate from the destination

Create an item identifier for each plaque, then record its exact approved wording, color request, quantity and intended location. A room name is not necessarily a usable shipping address. Avoid placing shipping notes inside the personalization text column, where they could be mistaken for words to print. For multiple schools, include a location code so two plaques for Room 101 do not become indistinguishable in the order record.

Confirm what delivery service is available

Ask whether the order should ship to one organizing address or whether separate destinations can be arranged and quoted. Do not assume the storefront checkout automatically divides a single order among several addresses. Confirm shipping charges, packing groups and who is responsible for onward distribution. If local pickup is preferred, arrange it with PRINTPANDA rather than treating the San Diego location as an unscheduled collection point.

Use only the necessary address details

Collect the information needed for the confirmed delivery method and have the responsible contact verify it. Keep recipient contact details separate from any public-facing wording. Agree on a packing list or other method of identifying which pieces belong to each destination. Labels or individual packaging beyond the product's standard scope should be discussed explicitly, not assumed to be included.

The gallery uses a CAD illustration, so confirm the layout and available color before production. Typical listed processing is planned within 2–5 business days after approval; larger orders need schedule confirmation, and shipping is additional. Different destinations may have different transport requirements. Establish the delivery plan before committing to a common installation date, and arrange suitable mounting separately. The final order record should connect each approved plaque to the right location while keeping manufacturing instructions and logistics clear.
