Production and delivery

PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC is a San Diego online retailer. Personalization is coordinated by PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC, while production and fulfillment are completed by an external partner in China. Production timing is confirmed after the photo and crop are approved. Supplier-estimated transit is 4–9 days after dispatch; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Handling time is the production time: production begins only after the photo and crop are approved, and the quantified handling range is pending supplier confirmation — it will be updated once the supplier provides a maximum range. The fulfillment partner is in China; no single U.S. state is claimed as the production location.

FAQ

How do I send my photo?
Email your order number and image to [email protected] after ordering.

What image should I use?
Use the largest, clearest original file available. Images with the main subject away from the edges generally crop more predictably.

Will you print immediately?
No. Production begins only after we receive the image and confirm its suitability and crop.

Can I use any image?
You must own the image or have permission to reproduce it. We may decline copyrighted, unlawful, or unsuitable content.

Is a frame included?
No. The listing is for the 1000-piece puzzle only.

Is this made in San Diego?
No. PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC coordinates the order from San Diego; an external partner in China produces and fulfills it.
