We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

PrintPanda.online provides made-to-order 3D printing services for decorative models, functional items, and personalized gifts. Each item is individually crafted after the order is placed.

2. Order Process
Orders may be placed through our online platforms (Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop) or by direct inquiry. All customization requests must be clearly submitted. We reserve the right to reject any order involving copyrighted or trademarked content without proof of licensing.

3. Payment
Payment must be completed in full before production begins. We accept Shopify Checkout, Etsy, TikTok Shop payments, and direct payments via PayPal or Zelle.

 4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Production time is typically 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We only accept returns or replacements if the product is defective or incorrect due to our fault. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, including photographic evidence.

 6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and submitting accurate customization information. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or unclear instructions.

 7. Intellectual Property
We do not reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked items unless explicit, written permission is provided. All original 3D models and designs created by PrintPanda remain our intellectual property unless a separate agreement is signed.
