This website is operated by Printpanda Group LLC. By using www.printpanda.online or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Products and orders. We sell 3D-printing materials, finished 3D-printed products, and custom manufacturing services. Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from screen images. Custom orders are produced from the specifications approved by the customer.

Pricing and payment. Prices are displayed in the selected checkout currency. Applicable shipping, taxes, and duties are shown or described before payment where available. Orders are accepted only after payment authorization.

Fulfillment. Estimated processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Some products may be fulfilled by approved manufacturing or logistics partners. Tracking is provided when available.

Returns and cancellations. Eligibility is governed by our published Return & Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products have limited return eligibility unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Intellectual property. Customers submitting files, logos, or designs for custom work confirm that they have the right to use them. We may refuse requests that appear to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
