Shipping Policy

Processing time: Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom, personalized, or bulk orders generally require 2–5 business days before shipment. Product pages or order confirmations may show a different estimate.

United States: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

International shipping: We support international delivery to countries where a shipping option is available at checkout. Availability, rates, and estimates are calculated for the destination before payment. Some products or destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, product, or supplier restrictions.

Orders may ship from our U.S. location or from an approved manufacturing or fulfillment partner, including facilities in China. International delivery commonly takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, but customs or carrier delays may extend this estimate.

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless checkout states that they are included. Tracking information is emailed when available.
