Sizes: approximately 40 × 40 cm, 45 × 45 cm, or 50 × 50 cm.
Fabric options: smooth velvet, satin, or textured canvas, as named by the supplier.

How personalization works

Place the order with your preferred fabric and size.
Email your order number and the highest-resolution version of your photo to [email protected].
PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC will manually confirm receipt and the proposed crop before sending the file to the fulfillment partner.
Production begins only after payment is complete and your photo and crop are approved.

You must own the image or have permission to reproduce it. Sample photos are examples only. Screen colors and the printed result may vary slightly; the final crop depends on the selected square size.

Fulfillment

PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC is a San Diego-based online retailer coordinating personalization manually. The cover is made to order by an external fulfillment partner in China; it is not locally manufactured by PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC. CJ's usual POD processing estimate is 1–3 working days after payment and design approval. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Processing can take longer because of stock availability, order volume, image-quality issues or additional production steps; we confirm the estimate for your selected fabric and size before production. Shipping transit is separate from processing. The previously supplied 4–9-day transit estimate is a reference only and must be checked for your selected product, destination ZIP code and shipping method. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Is the pillow insert included?

No. This listing is for one cover only.

Can I upload the photo on the product page?

No. Photo intake is manual. Email the image and order number after purchase.

What type of image should I send?

Send the original, highest-resolution file available. Avoid screenshots or heavily compressed copies when possible.

Will you print any image I send?

Only images you own or have permission to reproduce can be accepted. PRINTPANDA GROUP LLC may request a replacement file if quality, cropping, or rights cannot be confirmed.

When does production start?

After payment is complete and your photo and crop are approved. CJ's usual POD processing estimate starts only after both conditions are met; the timing for your selected fabric and size is confirmed before production.
